Our public forms collect only the contact, facility-request, applicant-interest, or message details shown in the form. The applicant-interest form is not a completed employment application.

Do not submit patient or resident information, medical information, credential documents, license numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or payment information through a public website form.

We use submitted information to review and respond to staffing requests, applicant interest, and general inquiries; protect the website; prevent duplicate or abusive requests; and maintain an operational record of the request and its delivery status.

Current job openings and completed employment applications remain in Rippling. Following a Rippling link takes you to a service governed by Rippling’s own privacy terms.

Accepted website submissions are stored in Supabase, mirrored to the configured Med Plus Staffing Airtable workspace, and included in a notification sent through Resend. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services, including Turnstile verification for public forms. Supabase Auth supports invitation-only portal sessions.

These providers process information only as needed to operate their part of the website workflow and are subject to their own terms, security practices, and legal obligations.

Cloudflare Zaraz manages optional website measurement technologies. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare monitoring managed through Zaraz may receive limited page and interaction information so we can understand website use and improve performance. With your advertising consent, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising may receive limited page information to help measure advertising effectiveness.

Our website interaction events use fixed event names, page paths, form types, and destination categories. These interaction events exclude public-form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, availability, home county, job preferences, submission references, and URL query strings.

You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising, and change your choices later using Privacy Choices in the website footer.

Cloudflare Web Analytics separately measures page views, page speed, and technical performance. Its beacon runs independently of the optional Analytics and Advertising choices, including when you select Reject All.

We retain website records only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. Final production retention periods are maintained in Med Plus Staffing’s internal data-handling schedule rather than promised as unsupported fixed periods here.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the website workflow. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Production credential uploads are disabled until separate scanning and retention controls are approved.
