Know what to have ready

Identity
- Government-issued ID
Role credentials
- Active CNA, LPN, or RN credential where applicable and in good standing
- MT and DSP requirements are confirmed for the specific role, setting, and opportunity
Health clearances
- Physical completed within the prior year with communicable-disease and job-duty language
- Two-step TB test completed within the prior year or an approved equivalent
- In-person, hands-on BLS for nurses
Screening and facility checks
- Background screening before placement
- Possible facility-specific COVID vaccination, drug screening, and Act 33 clearance requirements
