Organize Your Documents Before Recruiter Review

Build a private document inventory and clarify the right submission channel before sharing any files.

Start with an inventory

List the names of relevant documents you already hold and where you keep the current copies. The list can help you prepare for a recruiter conversation without exposing the documents themselves. Do not assume every item from a previous employer or assignment is required for the next opportunity.

Check names and dates

Review whether your documents use consistent identifying details and whether any dates need attention. Note questions instead of making unsupported changes. If an item is unclear or unavailable, tell the recruiter what needs clarification. A neat folder should not create the impression that an unresolved document has been accepted.

Separate versions carefully

Keep current and older copies distinguishable so you do not send the wrong version by mistake. A simple naming convention can include the document type and a relevant date. Store the files in a private location you control; avoid leaving them in shared downloads folders or publicly accessible links.

Ask for assignment-specific instructions

Ask which documents apply to the exact role and assignment, which format is acceptable and where they should be sent. Med Plus supports RN, LPN, CNA, Med-Tech and DSP staffing, but those labels do not make every requirement identical. Use the current instructions rather than a generic internet checklist.

Keep public forms limited

The website interest form is for contact, role and availability information. Do not paste credential numbers, health details or document contents into availability or message fields. It is not a credential upload process. If you need to share something sensitive, first obtain the appropriate instructions from the team.

Track the next action

Maintain a short list of what was requested, what you supplied through the approved channel and what still needs a response. A sent file is not automatically an approved file. Follow up using the agreed contact and refer to the document type without sending unnecessary additional copies or sensitive details.
